Sales & Project Design Director

Helping property owners turn ideas into practical, well-planned building solutions.

Let’s Connect

Planning a project or just want to connect?

Hi, I’m Adam. My interest in building started early — from working with lumber and tools to building trails, fixing equipment, and helping on projects around the home and farm. Creating and improving things has always been part of who I am.

Over the years, that hands-on background grew into professional experience in carpentry, drafting, and more than 16 years working in public works and municipal infrastructure. That experience gave me a strong understanding of zoning, permitting, utilities, and how projects move from concept to completion.

Today, I work directly with property owners to help navigate design decisions, site planning, and the real-world considerations that make a building project successful.

Experience That Guides Every Project

My background combines hands-on construction knowledge with municipal and infrastructure experience, allowing me to help clients plan projects with confidence from the beginning.

My work typically includes:

  • Evaluating site layout and property use

  • Understanding zoning and permitting considerations

  • Helping refine building size and design

  • Practical problem solving before construction begins

  • Supporting clients through planning and build phases

Years of working in both construction and public service have reinforced one key principle:

Good planning early prevents costly problems later.

The RightFit Approach

At RightFit Building Center, the focus is straightforward — helping clients make informed decisions without pressure or confusion.

My role is to bring practical, real-world perspective to every project:

  • Understanding how a building will actually be used

  • Identifying potential site or permitting challenges early

  • Offering honest guidance instead of sales pressure

  • Helping turn ideas into functional, long-lasting structures

The goal is simple: a building designed to work well today and continue performing for years to come.

Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities, working on projects, and spending time building and creating — whether that’s improving property, working with equipment, or exploring new ideas.

That hands-on mindset carries into every project I help plan: practical solutions built to last.
