Hi! We’re Donnie and Cindi, an Ohio husband-and-wife team with a background in staffing, talent, business development, leadership, and working with people. Throughout our careers, we’ve had the opportunity to work with people and organizations across a variety of industries, building strong relationships and helping people find solutions that truly meet their needs. Our experience has taught us the importance of listening, communicating clearly, following through, and treating every person with honesty and respect.

We’re excited to bring that experience into the building industry and help customers bring their ideas to life. What we enjoy most is working with people. We believe every project starts with a conversation, and taking the time to understand what someone wants to accomplish is just as important as the building itself. Our goal is to provide honest guidance, clear communication, and a personal experience where customers feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the decisions they make.

Outside of work, we’re parents first, and our family and faith are a big part of our lives. We’re very involved in our church and community, and we also enjoy baking together through our small sourdough microbakery. We love meeting new people, building relationships, and finding new ways to grow together as a family.
